I was fortunate to work with Dane Rausch at Inhabit Interiors in Chicago to take his design and create this table for his client. It is a quarter sawn white oak top with solid walnut legs made from a tree cut down in western Illinois.

Sometimes I create a form and then use gunpowder or fireworks to blow it up. Each piece is completely different and sometimes they get blown to smithereens.
